Located on the border of Norfolk and Cambridgeshire, this significant home improvement project involved the extension of a three-bedroomed home to a five-bedroomed house with games room.

Initially, the installation of a gas mains and a gas boiler was considered however the HeatKing system was finally chosen for the potential long-term savings possible and the simplicity of one fuel source.

As the original property was built to the current building regulations including all necessary wall, floor and loft insulation the heat loss was minimal. The completed project required 2 x 13kW units to provide heating and hot water for the entire property.

One of the units was integrated with both radiators and an underfloor system to serve the ground floor and the second system integrated with radiators and an unvented 300L hot water cylinder on the first floor to provide heating and all hot water services.
